The Romanov Academy of Sport Science serves as an authoritative institution for evaluation and certification of professionals across civilian, military, healthcare, fitness, and medical fields. These individuals must meet the specific standards set by the Academy, some of which utilize the conceptual framework of the Pose Method®. The resultant system, with its innovative methodology, aims to standardize and improve the teaching and learning of human physical movement.
The ultimate objectives are to optimize human performance, prevent musculoskeletal injuries, established new world records, but most importantly improve the quality of life for all.
In alignment with its mission, the Romanov Academy has established a professional certification program. This ensures that certified professionals possess the necessary skills and are well-equipped to achieve and advance these objectives.
Romanov Academy of Sport Science was established in 1997 to provide a certification program with a unique focus on sport techniques.
The Certified Running Technique Specialist credential became the most in demand among all certifications offered and especially popular among physical therapists, athletic trainers and coaches of sports that involve running, as well as orthopedic professionals and military.
Romanov Academy of Sport Science is proud to be part of the Department of Defense’s Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) program. This program provides all service members with professional development opportunities and funding, allowing them to gain relevant certifications and credentials that enable them to pursue advanced career paths.
The DOD COOL program presents a unique opportunity for organizations like ours to demonstrate our commitment to education and credentialing while also contributing to the professional development of our service members.
