The Pose Method of Running courses have been used by the military since 2008 and on October 1, 2020 the Pose Method became the method for the running skill program and drills published in the updated US Army Holistic Health And Fitness Field Manual (FM 7-22) and Holistic Health And Fitness Drills And Exercises Army Techniques Publications (ATP 7-22.02).
The Certified Running Technique Specialist (Pose Method) credential is aligned with the Soldier Common Core(MOS) and P5 Master Fitness Trainer (ASI).
The GI Bill covers exams or tests that you need to take to become a licensed or certified professional. But only approved exams or tests are covered under this benefit.
Reimbursement of the Certification Exam fee is approved under the GI Bill. Visit Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for more info.

Note: You will need to turn in proof of payment with your application. Proof of payment can be a receipt showing you paid the testing fee.
Download and complete the application for reimbursement.
Once your fill out the application for reimbursement form, login to the Veteran’s Affairs website and upload it or mail it along with proof of payment to the nearest VA regional processing office.
