The CrossFit Running Course is designed for anyone looking to learn and improve their basic running technique. By the end of the course, participants will understand:
-The invariable elements of running,
-What to look for in a successful running stride,
-What running faults are most common, and
-How to conduct a basic gait analysis
The entire course takes approximately 1 hour to complete and is meant to be immediately usable. The goal is to get you outside practicing quickly!
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion (available at the bottom of this page). A Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) will receive 1 CEUs towards maintaining the CCFT (L3) credential.
Continuing education hours may be claimed under General Professional Development category (Continuing education seminars for healthcare providers). To claim 16 continuing education units please fill out the prior to or after completing this online course.
